Don’t even ask about what’s under this gorgeous coat!! I wasn’t lying when I confessed that ever since I bought my UGGS I have NOT been able to take them off! Yup, I’m one of those people now, and I’m not even sorry about it!
Last year I tried to carve out time for myself at the gym, but this year that goal feels so much harder to fight for.
I’ve put a list together of 2018 goals for my health and wellness, maybe if I put them down in black and white I’ll be able to stick to them better?

go to the gym 2 times a week for an hour at a time
eat more green food
spend more time in the kitchen making my own food
less Starbucks, more water
finish one novel a month
take a hot bubble bath once a month
sleep in once a month
have a lazy day with no work or running errands, once a month
listen to more music
go to the movies
hang out with friends
sing out loud in the car
eat meals with my kids
walks outdoors with Michael
I will definitely continue to build on this list, feels good to see it all outlined like this too. Most of these things are so simple to execute and don’t cost any money or time. I guess it looks like I just want to enjoy a little more and rush a little less. More of what makes me happy.
What are your health goals for the year? I always feel guilty sleeping in on a weekend but then I feel like I’m a lot more productive the rest of the day when I am operating on a full battery…Sometime we all need a moment to re-charge or re-grpup and I think that that’s ok ?? ??
