I frequently get asked questions about what my favorite baby products and accessories of all time are.

It’s true that there are products today that I would tell my younger self to invest in, and other products that I would advise against.

One product I always loved but never had, was a sophisticated baby carrier. They always seemed a little bit more pricey than the other standard baby carriers, so I settled. Now that I’ve tried the LÍLLÉ baby carrier I wish that I hadn’t waited so long.

It’s light, cute, and easy to strap on. Putting it on feels the same as putting on a backpack. The cool thing about this product (and I’m a sucker for this) is that it is multifunctional! You can carry your baby in the front OR on your back!

This is the first time that I have carried a child on my back, and I loved it.

It kept my hands free, and the load was easier for my strong back to carry than pulling down on the front of my chest.

Angelina was very comfortable back there. It was like a piggy back ride only she was much more secure.

There were even a few moments were I sort of forgot that she was back there!

This product is definitely a Stephany’s Choice must have item. It would also make such a cute baby gift! It comes in different colors and can hold a child that weighs up to 60 lbs!! Wow!! Talk about a great investment piece!

Thank you so much to our favorite children’s store OLLIE & MAVE boutique for these gorgeous outfits!! We love soft high quality kid’s clothes and these are super stylish and adorable! I mean, did you see Alexander’s swimming trunks?!! It’s almost impossible to find cute boys clothes like this!

How happy is Annabelle, reading her very own Cover of Dallas Child Magazine?!! Thank you so much to the whole entire team for making us feel so welcome! This was definitely an opportunity of a life time.

I also want to give a shout out to the MS Dallas team for this gorgeous poster of Annabelle’s cover!! It is beautiful and we love it so much! The team there feels like family, and product and service is incredible.

Thank you so much for reading along! Hope you are having a fantastic week

XO

Winter walks in spring weather is my kind of paradise! Now that Angelina is a little bigger I feel a lot less intimidated taking her out and about. I actually feel like she truly enjoys the fresh air on her face and the quiet motions of a good outdoor stroll. Now that I have this awesome Beluga Baby wrap of my own I can bundle her up all nice and cozy and within minutes. When I was a new mom I was searching for the perfect baby carrier. I didn’t have many friends that had children at that time so a lot of my research came from checking online and looking for advice from clerks in stores. The first brand baby carrier I had was never a perfect fit. The straps were always digging into my shoulders and Annabelle always seemed awkwardly positioned inside..Fast forward to baby three and things are a lot different. Now I am much pickier with my choices and have a new appreciation for a quality purchase.  When I first laid eyes on the beluga baby wrap I knew that it was love at first sight! Not only is it made out of bamboo, it’s fabric is light, stretchy and soft as butter.

If you are a new mother, experience mother, caretaker, father, or even looking to gift a loved one with something special at a baby shower, etc. You need look no further . See below for my complete review of this must have baby item, and why I set it apart from anything else on the market today.

Why Beluga Baby is the perfect must have baby carrier:

Makes carrying baby so comfortable for Mommy/Daddy/Caretaker:

The stretchy and soft quality of the fabric draped over the shoulders alows a comfortable distribution of weight and pressure throughout the whole upper torso of the body. Typically, with other carriers that I’ve used in the past, there are straps that are hard and firm and dig into my shoulders, causing soreness and backache. After removing other baby carriers, I was always left with deep red marks and creases in my shoulders – even after short term wear. My back would also be sore and the heavier the baby got the less I even bothered to bring the carrier out with me.

Beluga Baby is comfy, perfect for a walk , you can adjust the straps to make it as comfortable and secure as you need it to be. It’s almost like wearing a t-shirt with a big pocket for Angelina to fit right inside. There are no straps, just stretchy fabric panels, so no digging, no soreness!

Made from the softest, high quality fabric:

It’s so soft, no hard rubbing or sore spots for Angelina or me. It drapes over easily, and is soft on her skin and mine.

Light and easy to pack:

When I had annabelle I used to travel so much, every few months we were jumping on a plane or running around an airport. The baby carrier was a good solution for riding on a plane since they won’t allow strollers on board. But what to do with the carrier before, after and during the flight was always a nuisance. It was so bulky and difficult to store. I had to stuff it in one of my carry ons and it would take up half of the space.

The Beluga Baby on the other hand is basically the weight and size of your favorite pashmina or shawl. It folds up to the size of a lightweight t-shirt and fits in easily into the pocket of any carryon, handbag, stroller, etc.. It takes no place at at. A no-brainer of a decision on wether its a good idea to bring it along or not.

Easy to wash:

All babies spit up, chew on their fingers-or anything they can get to that’s close to their mouths, and sometimes have dirty diaper leaks!! Accidents in the carriers are at times unavoidable and maintaining the cleanliess can be akward and a nuisance at times.

My Beluga Baby is so easy to wash and keep clean, Toss in the wash and hang dry. It drys so quickly and is ready for reuse in no time at all.

It’s so adorable:

Typical baby carriers are sort of like strollers and car seats. They come in stale, standard dull colors that often don’t reflect the mood of a new baby or a new mother.

Beluga Baby comes in the most lovely shades of soft grays and bright blues. My favorite is the Lori, a black and white striped clean and modern look. Let’s be honest, if we are wearing it and we are wrapping our baby in it, why wouldn’t we want it to look gorgeous too?!!!

It gives the best support to baby’s little body:

The honest truth is the moment I wrap up Angelina in the cozy and comfy fabric that is the Beluga Baby wrap she starts to doze off! She loves being so close to my heart, “close enough to kiss”. She can smell my scent, hear my voice and stay close to my heart, just as it should be. I wish this would grow with her forever…

This is a high quality product, if you can, treat yourself and your baby. If you’re generous, treat a fellow Mama! This is a wonderful baby gift!!!

It’s a wrap! Christmas shopping is almost complete! Was super fun to bring my youngest two little ones with us. Angelina slept most of the time and Alexander just loves to push her stroller around!

I love this awesome coal Belted Cozy Wrap from Ingrid & Isabel. It’s really chic and cozy, and the belt keeps everything in place. You can dress it up or down, add layers underneath for extra warmth, or just throw it on whatever you are wearing. It’s design is very clever and flattering. The fabric is soft and light. I’ve already worn this to a mother’s holiday party, shopping with the kiddos, and to the doctor’s office. Because of this versatility, comfort and nursing accessibility I’m classifying this piece as a “Must Have Essential”! If this item is all you buy from maternity to nursing and beyond, you’ll thank me!!

IMG_2929All wrapped up today! No wonder Christmas is my favorite holiday! All the fun and kindness is just so infectious. Chirstmas songs, lights, candy and presents of course!! Luckily it hasn’t been too cold yet. Taking Angelina out is becoming easier and easier. She loves her little stroller. I also have some warm and cozy nursing favorites now that I love to wear. My go-to formula at the moment is a button down tunic over knit tights with a big cape or wrap! That way I don’t have to try to squeeze into my pre-pregnancy skinny jeans, and the cape keeps Angelina and me all wrapped up so that we can nurse comfortably and discreetly. I adore this Ingrid & Isabel cozy wrap !! It’s so soft and lovely. I can drape it over my outfit in different styles and Angelina fits perfectly underneath. She loves how light the texture is and doubles as a little blanket for her too. I never would have dreamed that I could find an item that would be fashionable, great quality and baby friendly. Thank you Ingrid & Isabel we both love it!!

I can’t believe it the day has finally come(early!!)

Our little girl has arrived surprising us all with an early entrance, and a gender surprise!! We are so delighted by both of these unplanned events and feel absolutely overjoyed!!

Because we didn’t know if we were going to have a girl or a boy, most of the little tiny outfits that we picked out for the first few weeks were pretty gender neutral. Even still,I couldn’t help myself and bought a couple of adorable boy and girl options to have on stand by ready for which ever we were lucky enough to have:)

Our little princess Angelina Luella Bowman was born at 12:45 pm 11.1.15

Since she arrived 5 days earlier than anticipated, I had yet to pack my hospital bag!! I had mostly what I needed for the first few days, I just hadn’t packed them all in my suitcase yet!!

One thing I was thrilled to have had arrive and ready to go was my PinkBlush Maternity Hospital Robe!!! I knew that I wanted something comfy and pretty at the hospital for my four day stay, and was so happy to slip into this pretty little robe!! It was perfect for the amount of coverage it gave me, and the pattern was so pretty, a perfect backdrop to my baby girl!! It also brightened up the room, and gave me a piece of home in an otherwise sterile atmosphere!!

Thank you so much PinkBlush for setting me up in roses to meet our precious princess Angelina ♥

Having a little bit of a Kate Middleton moment in my Royal Blue Isabella Oliver Dress. Besides being just absolutely regal, this dress doubles as a nursing dress too. It’s really fun and pretty, and the adjustable wrapping fabric at the top allows for support and personal styling. Here I feature the tie (knot) in the front, but I’ve also worn it with the tie in the back. It creates a more simple look in the front, and a little point of interest in the back. Either way, It’s foul proof for sure. You can take this dress from the office, to dinner, its light weight jersey fabric is so comfy and modern. The classic Navy color, makes me feel sophisticated and pulled together. This is really something you can grown into, and keep even after baby. It’s also the perfect weight and cut for Fall. I’m noting this as my “maternity to motherhood Must-Have Item” !!

At 36 weeks, I’m starting to feel a lot less speedy on my feet. I think I may even have to force myself to slow down!! Must stay healthy, and hydrated! Starting to build my hospital bag as well. Looking for the perfect hospital robe!! It’s right around the corner!

So excited to meet you baby!!
